Detail with custom texture on riser

The silver metal balustrade from the lower staircase has been extended to create the balustrade for the upper staircase as well. It further acts as an ornament piece for the upper floor as well.

Transparent glass facades used in upper floor (north side) with steel frames

Overall structure including petals and leaves are made of concrete.

I made a pretty massive change at this stage and decided to switch the upper and lower clients. So I have GUCCI above with the word extravagant and CJ Hendry below with the word Intricate.

I was inspired by this section.
